Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your item is eligible for return; coffee beans must be reported within 7 days of delivery, while brewing equipment must be in original packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
