How often do you roast your coffee?
We roast to order Monday through Friday at our regional roasting facilities to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible.
What is the shelf life of whole bean coffee?
For peak flavor, we recommend enjoying our coffee within 4 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag, though it remains safe to consume much longer if stored in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions that allow you to choose your favorite blends or single-origin rotations, with the ability to pause or cancel at any time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is roasted and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for coffee?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team within 30 days.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on direct trade relationships and transparent sourcing, ensuring that our farmers are paid well above Fair Trade minimums.
